Tasha - I looked to Alphonese Mucha for inspiration for this piece. I'm pretty pleased with the way it came out. It took a week to draw and just as long to color. I wish I'd put some textures in it, but I think that as an artist it's important to be able to let the past go and to move on to the future. Instead of always trying to improve upon your pieces, let them be what they have become; records of your progress.

EDIT: I took away the shading. It just looks better flat until I fix this baby up.
